We completed the final framing bracing and tie-down inspection for a residential job at Cleveland this week. The renovation work involved the demolition of some lower storey internal walls and staircase, and installation of a new large sliding glass door to the rear. We developed our structural plans from original council documents for the residence. The building work has been completed by TJ Rutledge Constructions P/L and is of a very good quality.
